Gonna be newly openly on the 23rd of June. Hmmm.... of all the jobs I have worked before. This is a total new experience. Even my big boss whom I help in doing up the whole sets of accounts was surprised to see me in the operation line. This time I suppose I m going to be handling real cashier-ing.
Trainers from the US ever flew down over to Singapore to train us, the first and second batch of newbies.
Had my training today, was embarassed of wearing the uniform outside along the streets, I still am... lol... But having to be trained by the ppl from the US is totally cool. Friendly, polite and are always to willing to guide and teach us. They even make sure that we suck up as much information as we can before they leave in a week's time. Training is totally good today.
Working in a fast food resturant was actually a no-no to me. But after much consideration, and all the explaination from Kum when I was working in the office as an accountant. There is definitely good job prospects. And that would be JOB PROMOTION. Immediately after I graduate from polytechic and with good performance.
The part which I am looking forward to is having the opportunity to go overseas, to the US to be specific for job training, if there's a chance.
One of my colleague who joined the company less than 3 months is already in the US having training and will be returning to Singapore as an Assistant Manager.
But its not about the job title but as for me, I just like to serve people.
Hmmm... well, will see how it goes along the way.
