Next Tuesday, I officially stop working. Great!!! I am so happy that I need not drag my feet all the way to work on Wednesday. Need not face my supervisor. Sucky supervisor I have even though he is my friend. After Tuesday onwards, we have got nothing to do with each other. I cant stand him... He is horrible and demanding with super high expectations. I not be talking to him from then on and thats for sure.One advice-my friends, never ever work with a friend.... If anything goes wrong, the friendship will just break for nothing. This happens not only to me... Goes the same for my brother as well.
After 1 month of work with him, we see through each other's character much more clearly.
It's 1 month full of humilation/'suanning' by him. -_-''' You wun imagine what he says about me!! Damn!
1 month of having to see his attitude.
Never one day, I would go saying, 'Hey I enjoy my job alot'... -_-'''
He even complained about me to another dance friend even before I do. 'Hello... what's that suppose to mean!'
He has no patience in teaching... The permanent gal who just came in also agree with that too... So I am not lying.
I have been trying my best to meet his expectations but somehow he is not satisfied with it.
In the first place before I start working, I told him this, 'If you find me not capable, pls sack me... or else you need to guide me along the way.'
Yes, I know his ultimate motive is to make us learn. But he just cant keep on asking and asking the same qns when we have already answered him. And when just that we are not able to answer him, he will start his attitude again. No patience at all....
On Friday, the same things happen again. I was so fed up that I finally blasted out and raised my voice a little.
Everyone makes mistakes. No one is perfect at all. And the main idea to teach and guide. Even a permanent stuff gets a 3 months probation. Moreover, I am just only a temporary stuff and I managed to do so much things for him. Having to re-do the 2 whole sets of accounts without much guidance. And no guidance from him to teach me on how to use the accounting software. I had to settle the problem all by myself... what fuss is he making! He, himself do not even know how to use the software. So what if you are an accounts manager! If I am not in a wrong, I will not give a damn.
I may tolerate for 1 month but not forever! Show other people respect first before having others to respect you.
So Sulie, Penny..... Soeul Garden dinner will be coming soon I suppose rite! Keke
