And its MONDAY BLUES again....
How I wish that the weekdays can be skipped off and to remain just the weekends.
It's been quite sometime I have not updated my blog. Or rather nothing special really happened but just the daily routine of work and school for the weekdays.
Agnes and her bf were back in Singapore since last week.... (if I didnt remember wrongly) Haa.... finally got to meet up with her. Met up for coffee.... and oh... how I love coffee sessions... its GET TOGETHER, SIT DOWN & TALK NON-STOP.
Last recent Sat, dear brought Paul to get his full face helmet. RJAYS.... its sure a good buy. Super light and comfy... I tried on my own size as well. For RJAYS, I can breathe so much better than HJC. Though its not something like ARAI, but I think its simply good enough for pillion riders. At least its PSB and Australian certified. And at least it will feel much safer with a full face on trips to Malaysia. But not getting helmet yet for sure till dear can tahan long rides. He has to nurse himself much more to really get back in shape.
I love this recent weekend. Dear started jive class with me and sure we do have fun.
He sure picked up the steps real fast.
Sunday, I tagged along with him and his family to Malaysia to attend his cousin's wedding ceremony and dinner. Though there were some awkwardness especially during the 'Hong Bao session'. Hmmmm...
Loads of walking definitely.....
It had been a long time I have been to city square. Had my eyebrows neatly trimmed. Didnt manage to buy anything... then off we went to pick dear's sister at Woodland's checkpoint. Out of Singapore... and in the next minute we are back in to Malaysia land again... lol... Walk walk walk...
Dear sure do have alot of cousins. All fun and loving...
By the time we reach Dear's xiao jiu's house, off we went to prepare and wash up. It was practically a race against time as we only less than 2 hours to prepare. Then the fun part began. Make-up session together with Ah Jie and Meiling. I practically almost forgot how to make-up as I have not painted my face for a very long long time. But the best part was helping Meiling with her make-up. She was so whinning like a cat pitifully when she had to have her face painted for she was afraid that it will cause break-outs. Keke.. thats understandable.
Then soon we were off to our destination. 3 ladies in the car with loads of jokes laughters.
Finally at the wedding dinner...
It's really a long time since I attended one.
But I tell you... Malaysia's food is always anytime better off than Singapore hotel or chinese resturants 8-course dinner.
Shark fin soup with generous portion of crab meat added in.
Very fresh fish.
Portion for all dishes are really big. And we even can help ourselves to 2nd or even 3rd helpings.
Finally at the end of everything, its definitely time to set back to Singapore. With 4 people cramped at the back of the car seats. LOL...
By the time we reached home its very very late. Oh well, but all was enjoyable.
Then again.... I had my wallet left with dear AGAIN... lol..
Dear, thanks for bringing me along. It was totally enjoyable.
