Being practicing alot on my dance for the past 2 weeks. Dance dance dance with craze, grooving alot... But come to realise, I have not been salsa-ing for a long time.Hmmm.... well well, dance competition in KL is round the corner and I wonder how is the experience like to join a competition.
Next is having to know that your partner is backing out from the competiton at the last moment is sort of totally hell. But as for Chun Lin's case... consider himself lucky as I saved his ass from been kicked hard. Due to some height constraint, I had to partner Theo. Caryn and Chun Lin... lalala...
I was told that we were doing Latin cha cha.. at first I thought it would be easy as I knew abit of the basics. Only then I realised last tuesday that it was not as easy as I thought it would be. The steps and the name of the steps looked so alien to me. As I always have the 'left-right' problem... I sort of have difficulties telling which direction goes in hand with the moves. Lol...
But overall, it was not as bad at all. Had intensive training and I took only 'TWO' days to complete learning the latin cha cha routine for the day of the dance competition. Cool!!! Im good!! Lol.... (ok.. I know I should seriously have to be humble... but.... WHO CARES!! WHAHAHA... IM GOOD!!)
Now now, all I need is to sharpen my moves and pose.
Was talking to Amelia while we were on our way to the mrt station. Only then I came to understand why the dance competition will take the whole day. We are actually competing to get into the semi-finals and the finals. I wonder how far me and Theo can make it to.. Really hope to be able to achieve something. But anyway, it will still make a good experience.
Alright... enough of dance... back to the naggy part, something which I am been bother since afternoon. Sulie was telling me that I did better than her in the final exam paper for AFA. Come to think about it, indeed YES!! Firstly we had the same result for the common test. Next was that my team project work was screwed and we got a D when we could have gotten a B. As for Sulie, she got a B for her project. But it ends up in a way that we are both getting the same grade, a 'C'. Thankfully, I did well for my cashflow and consolidation section. Which means I scored for the exam paper. Which means if our project got a B, I would have gotten a grade 'B' for my overall AFA result!!!! DAMN!!!! Pissed!!! I could have gotten the chance to score. For the fact that I had never really did well for the rest of my FA modules. Its such a waste!!!
